What you'll do
- Support the full recruitment cycle — from talent search to onboarding
- Help source and communicate with candidates
- Participate in real interviews
- Screen CVs and assist in candidate evaluation
- Work on real HR projects, not just admin tasks
- Help improve internal HR processes and employer branding
- Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives
What we're looking for
- A student interested in HR, psychology, business, or a similar field
- Strong communication skills and curiosity
- Proactive mindset — you take initiative, not just instructions
- Fluent in English
