The DIGI MEDIA Internship Program
Every year students and recent graduates join us in Riga to work on real projects inside an international media and localization company. Interns here are treated as team members, not observers — your own tasks, your own mentor, and your name on work that gets watched.

WHAT YOU COULD WORK ON
Ten areas, one company
Interns join a specific team, but everything under our roof is connected — so a marketing intern still sits next to the studio, and an IT intern still sees how a localization project runs end to end.
Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding materials and keeping the candidate pipeline moving.
Market research, building lead lists, opening conversations with potential clients and partners, and following a deal from first contact to signed project.
Timelines, budgets, client communication and coordinating linguists, studios and deliveries.
Campaign support, newsletters, brand and internal communication, and running the social channels day to day.
Writing and producing what goes live: short-form social video, blog and guide articles, SEO and GEO research, and website copy.
Planning company events and university visits, from venue and suppliers to on-site coordination.
Brand graphics, social templates, presentation and campaign visuals, and illustrations for the website and guides.
Editing, motion graphics, subtitling support, studio assistance and post-production workflows.
Automation, AI tooling, PHP development, infrastructure support and information security.
Working with 48 languages: file preparation, QC checks, terminology and multi-market rollouts.

Stay curious, ask questions, and always be open to feedback. Asking for feedback helps you understand where you can improve. Don’t be afraid to take initiative — you can learn a lot by doing so.

Pick a position or send an open application. CV plus a few lines about what you want to learn.

Intro call
A short conversation with HR and the team you would join. We explain the projects honestly.
STEP 3
Start with a mentor
You are assigned one specialist who is responsible for your work and your questions.
STEP 4
Finish with proof
Certificate, a reference, your profile in this yearbook — and sometimes a full-time offer.
