About the role
You'll get practical experience coordinating real projects in an international creative environment — working closely with producers, creatives and international teams on workflows, communication and project coordination.
What you'll do
- Support coordination of creative, localization, and media projects
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and task tracking
- Communicate with internal teams and support client coordination
- Help organize workflows, documentation, and project timelines
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and production planning
- Monitor project progress and support day-to-day operational tasks
- Collaborate with international teams on ongoing projects
- Learn modern project management tools, workflows, and communication processes
What we're looking for
- Background in Project Management, Business, Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Interest in international media, creative production, and cross-border projects
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn through real-world experience
