The DIGI MEDIA Internship Program

DIGI MEDIA intern working on a project in Riga

Every year students and recent graduates join us in Riga to work on real projects inside an international media and localization company. Interns here are treated as team members, not observers — your own tasks, your own mentor, and your name on work that gets watched.

WHAT YOU COULD WORK ON

Ten areas, one company

Interns join a specific team, but everything under our roof is connected — so a marketing intern still sits next to the studio, and an IT intern still sees how a localization project runs end to end.

MEET OUR INTERNS

The people who spent a season here

In their own words — what they worked on, what surprised them, and what they would tell the next person to walk in.

Anfisa Zadornova Project Management Intern at DIGI MEDIA
Anfisa Zadornova
Project Management Intern (Business)

I enjoyed working on project planning and researching new opportunities, and seeing how that work fed into real projects.

DURING MY INTERNSHIP

Project planning · Opportunity research · Project support

MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAY

I learned how projects are actually planned and developed — and what it means to take responsibility for part of one.

Juliana Teleznikova, Marketing Intern at DIGI MEDIA
Juliana Teleznikova
Marketing Intern (Marketing)

My internship here has been a great start to my professional journey in digital marketing. What I value most is feeling like part of the team and being involved in real work processes, rather than simply completing assistant tasks.

DURING MY INTERNSHIP

Social content · Campaign support · Newsletter

MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAY

It gives me the chance to apply what I know in practice, grow professionally, and contribute to projects.

Oleksii Kolomoiets, Cybersecurity Intern at DIGI MEDIA
Oleksii Kolomoiets
Cybersecurity Intern (Tech & AI)

I wanted to work with a real company rather than fictional cases from university assignments — to see how things actually work, and to know that what I do can have a real impact.

DURING MY INTERNSHIP

Security documentation · ISO 27001 & TPN preparation · Security controls

MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAY

You can build the most secure system in the world, but it will not help much if someone still clicks an email from a dying millionaire looking for an heir.

Airita Ivanova, HR Manager Intern at DIGI MEDIA
Airita Ivanova

My experience at DIGI MEDIA has been a bit like a rollercoaster — full of challenges, new experiences and unexpected turns, but I have genuinely enjoyed every part of it. I am especially grateful to my manager, who has taught me so much and supported me the whole way.

DURING MY INTERNSHIP

Candidate sourcing · Interview coordination · Onboarding

MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAY

There is still so much I want to learn from the people around me.

Timofejs Slepcenkovs, Project Manager Intern at DIGI MEDIA
Timofejs Slepcenkovs

MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAY

Checking an assumption beats guessing what a client’s problem is.

Ceren Gokce, PHP Developer Intern at DIGI MEDIA
Ceren Gokce
PHP Developer Intern (Tech & AI)

I thought I would be shadowing someone on a small task. Instead I ended up owning an entire platform — from the first line of code to deploying it on our server.

DURING MY INTERNSHIP

Full-stack development · API integration · Security auditing

MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAY

Nobody hands you the spec; you write it yourself. Figuring out what to build was harder than building it.

ADVICE TO FUTURE INTERNS

What they would tell you on day one

Stay curious, ask questions, and always be open to feedback. Asking for feedback helps you understand where you can improve. Don’t be afraid to take initiative — you can learn a lot by doing so.

Anfisa, Project Management

Don’t be afraid to take on tasks you don’t know how to solve yet. Nobody knows how to do everything at first — figuring it out is part of the internship.

Oleksii, Cybersecurity

Don’t be afraid to redo your first draft. It usually gets better.

Timofejs, Project Management
