Independent linguistic quality assurance for translated and localized content. OVERVIEW
Independent quality assurance for content that is already translated
EDUCATIONAL
How linguistic QA actually works, from reference materials to signed-off release
01
Reference & Style Guide Review
Before we read a single string we collect your glossary, style guide, brand voice rules, previously approved translations and any market-specific requirements. Where these do not exist, we agree the rules with you upfront — so every finding is measured against an agreed standard rather than a reviewer's personal taste.
02
In-Context Linguistic Check
Your content is reviewed where it will actually be seen: inside the app or game build, against the picture, in the page layout, on the device. Native linguists check meaning, register, grammar and readability while looking at exactly what your user will see — including truncation, overlap, and text that breaks in the wrong place.
03
Terminology & Consistency Audit
Every term is checked against your glossary and against itself. We flag the same source word translated three different ways, product names that shift between screens, UI labels that no longer match the documentation, and units, dates, currencies and name formats that do not follow the target market's conventions.
04
Bug Logging & Severity Rating
Each issue is logged in your tracker or ours with the location, the source text, the current translation, the proposed correction, and a severity rating — critical, major, minor, or preferential. The rating is what makes the report usable: your team sees immediately what blocks release and what can wait for the next cycle.
05
Fix Verification & Sign-Off
Once your team implements the corrections we re-check every logged issue in context, confirm nothing new broke, and close the report with written sign-off. You receive the final issue log, the resolution status of each item, and any glossary or style guide updates that came out of the review.
WHAT WE OFFER
Every format where a translation can pass on paper and fail on screen
Website & App QA
In-context
Translated sites and apps reviewed on real screens — navigation, forms, error messages, empty states. We catch truncation, overlap and untranslated strings that only appear in the running product.
Game & Software Build QA
Playthrough review of localized builds: menus, dialogue, tutorials, HUD and error states. Character limits, variable placement and first-party platform terminology checked in language.
Subtitle & Caption QA
Subtitle files checked against picture and audio — accuracy, reading speed, line breaks, character limits, speaker IDs and shot-change timing, to your platform's delivery spec.
Marketing & Campaign QA
Campaign copy, landing pages, ads and social assets reviewed before launch. Tone, claim wording and cultural fit checked — not only whether the words are correct.
Dubbing & Voice-Over Script QA
Scripts checked before the studio is booked — accuracy, pronunciation, register and timing fit. A fix in the script costs minutes; after recording it costs a session.
Terminology & Glossary Audit
An audit of terminology across your existing translated content. We map every term in use, flag conflicts between products and vendors, and hand back a cleaned, approved glossary.

WHO WE HELP
Trusted by studios, software teams and agencies that ship in many languages
From game studios to localization agencies to in-house marketing teams — our linguistic QA services serve every organization that publishes translated content and cannot afford it to be wrong.
Game Studios
Full-build linguistic passes before first-party certification. Menus, dialogue, HUD and error states checked in language, with bug reports your production team can action directly.
Software Developers & SaaS
Release-cycle QA for localized products. UI strings, onboarding flows, error messages and help content reviewed in the running build, sprint by sprint.
Localization Agencies
Independent third-party QA for agencies that need an outside verdict — for their own quality programme, or because a client requires review by someone other than the translator.
Marketing Teams
Campaign copy checked across markets before launch. Tone, claims and cultural fit verified, so a headline that lands in one language does not misfire in another.
Streaming Platforms
Subtitle, caption and dub script QA against platform delivery specs. Reading speed, timing, character limits and terminology checked before files reach the ingest gate.
Publishers & Media
Translated editorial, long-form and reference content reviewed for accuracy, register and consistency across an entire catalogue.
E-commerce & Retail
Product data, category pages and checkout flows checked in market. Sizes, units, currencies and legal wording verified against local conventions.
Public Institutions & EU Projects
Multilingual public content reviewed for accuracy and plain-language clarity, with an audit trail suitable for funded projects and procurement requirements.
Enterprise Localization Teams
An independent quality layer across multiple vendors. One consistent scoring standard applied to every supplier, so you can compare quality objectively instead of by impression.
